Shipping & Returns Policy

At Nõya Care, we strive to provide you with the best possible shopping experience. Please read our shipping and returns policy below.

Shipping

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number, allowing you to monitor your shipment.

Estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days, depending on your location. Please note that delivery times may vary during holidays or due to circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping costs, if applicable, are calculated and displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Nõya Care.

Return Period

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, products must be:

  • Unused
  • Unopened
  • In their original packaging
  • In the same condition in which they were received

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened hair oils, scalp scrubs, and other personal care products cannot be returned.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can arrange a suitable replacement or refund.

How to Request a Return

To request a return, please email info@noyacare.nl and include:

  • Your order number
  • The product(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for your return

Once your request has been approved, we will provide you with the return address and further instructions.

Please do not return products without prior approval, as this may delay the processing of your return.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your returned item(s), your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
