Nõya Care was born in Rotterdam, out of three different backgrounds and one shared belief: haircare should be more honest, more pure, and more personal.

Sanne grew up with the Dutch habit of reading every label before anything found its way onto the bathroom shelf, and grew increasingly critical of the long lists of unrecognisable ingredients in the products she used. Nádia brought with her the rich Cape Verdean tradition of haircare with natural oils and rituals, passed down through generations within her family. Yassine grew up with the Moroccan knowledge of argan and almond oil, and the belief that the best care has often already existed for centuries, straight from nature.

Three different backgrounds, the same city, and the same frustration: too many products promised much but failed to deliver, or did so at the expense of the health of hair and scalp. Around a kitchen table in Rotterdam, the idea for a brand that brings these worlds together was born. Tradition and science. Nature and results. Honesty above trends.

That is how Nõya Care came to be. A brand created by three people who complemented one another, wanting nothing more than to make care that they, their families, and their community could trust without question.
