Step 1 Scalp Scrub (1 to 2 times per week)
01 Divide your hair into sections before applying the scrub. This ensures even coverage and prevents you from using too much.
02 Apply a small amount to the scalp section by section, not through the lengths. Massage slowly using the pads of your fingertips in circular motions.
03 Leave on for 5 to 15 minutes, then rinse thoroughly and follow with your regular shampoo.
Step 2 Hair Growth Oil (2 to 4 times per week)
01 On the same day or the following day, apply 3 to 5 drops of the Hair Growth Oil to your clean, dry or slightly damp scalp.
02 Divide the hair into sections and press the oil gently into the scalp. Massage in slow circular motions to stimulate circulation and encourage absorption.
03 Draw any remaining oil through the mid-lengths and ends to nourish and seal.
04 Leave in for a minimum of 30 minutes, or overnight for deeper restoration. Rinse if desired, or leave in as a finishing treatment.
